I want to get a hairstyle that is short at the top yet medium on the top and back. Don't suggest faux hawk or a mohawk because i've already tried those but i dont want another.

u should try a haircut most japanese teens here do, they have a lot of layers and its not long.. idk ur age tho.. hmm ill try to find a pic..

I'm getting my hair cut in a few days and I need help picking out a hairstyle. Help please?

I was just notified a few hours or so ago that I have a hair appointment set up for me in a few days from now. Problem? I've had the same haircut for the past two years now and honestly I think it's time for change. I'm really frustrated, because I'm not really able to pick out anything good and I've never been really good with this kind of stuff anyways. So I need help.
I was thinking I want to go shorter than I usually do. Whether short hair would look good is beyond me. But I think around my usual length would be okay, too. I still love my side bangs, and I love layers. Go crazy. I would really like it if I could get pictures, and of specific hairstyles you guys might think look alright rather than pages of pictures or whatever. As I said before, I've always been horrible at making decisions.
