[Sims 2] Is it possible to convert a female hair style into a male hair style?

I possess a female hair style that fits perfectly with my desired male sim. Is it possible to allow "him" to wear it? Help is much appreciated!

Yes it is possible, but you have to use SimPE. Free download: http://sims.ambertation.de/
Basically using SimPE you have to make a new recolour of the existing hair, and change the gender field and property sets. You also must give it a new name and fix the mesh- 3D modelling experience is helpful.

I'm 15 male and I have longer blonde hair and I have always had the same hair style. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Thanks. (^.^)

Do you want to keep it long, or cut it shorter? There aren't that many different styles for "long hair" besides simply parting it different or perhaps using product.

Mostly the best haircut depends on your face type. Once you find this it will be easier to find a suitable hairstyle.
