I really want a new hairstyle for my naturally light brown curly hair. Does anyone have any "stand out" edgy looking hair ideas (preferably longer hairstyles)? I also would like to dye my hair, any coloring ideas as well?

What hairstyles are considered okay for women the United States Navy?

I was considering going Navy Corpsman and I was wondering what was the safest and most preferred style that you can have without violating protocol as well as keeping a little bit of style in. I know you have to keep your hair from touching your collar for uniforms. And is it only in basic you have to keep it short? Can you grow it out after basic just as long as you keep it from touching your collar? There are some examples I've been considering:

I know that you have to keep minimal layering so that your hair does not get in your way, and also considering the fact how you don't have enough time to really keep your hair with layers is another problem. If you could find any hairstyles that are preferred and more suitable for boot camp please paste a link for an example. I really appreciate whatever help I can get. Thank you for your time.
