Trendy hairstyles for long hair?

All of the "trendy" hairstyles I see in magazines are short or medium length. Got any ideas for a trendy hairstyle/haircut for long hair (middle of the back)?
by "trendy" I mean really extreme and fashion forward

Now I hope you are ready for this because I have a lot,
Now I am Partial to the Bob Style so I will Star with that, But not limited to That.
