I never coloured my hair before. I wanted to know what things i should know for colouring my hair. i once heard that you shouldn't colour your hair with a colour that is 2 shades darker than your original hair colour. i'm not really sure but it's something like that?

Bleach and 40 volume, still nothing. Any suggestions?

Right now, I have no clue the texture & condition of your hair. What color you see on the box, there is never a guarantee your hair will look exactly like that. Since we have no idea the original color of your hair NOW.
