Basic hairstyles? And products?

Hi, I have thick curly frizzy hair.
My products are:
Shampoo/conditionor; pantene curly hair dry to moisturized
Others;
got2be flat iron spray (heat defense)
Hairspray
That's all cause my mom always says I have enough but I'm out. What cheapish wal mart products can I use to tame frizz. Even I I straighten it it still frizzes!
And normally I either braid it or throw it in a bun if it's curly. If I straighten it, and it's not too frizzy I have things to do but I need more. I just do something to my bangs. What to do what to do?
