I want to add a little warmth and redness to my dark brown hair color. What brand of hair color would do this?

Many times to get the color people want to stay, they have to bleach it first. But the color should last around 2 months and then you will have to dye it again. So go with the 2-3$ Revlon dye. It works just as well as the others, and it's affordable for the frequent re-dying!

I'm thinking about dying my whole head a burgundy-purplish color. Now many brands at the local drugstore (Loreal, Revlon, Garneir, etc) have their own version of that color, and I like them all, but I was wondering which brand is the best. Which brand gives the best results, and long lasting anti-fade hair color.

Loreal or Garnier - but while you may be worth it, it isn't worth fussing to find the best. Pick the color you like - they all start to grow out before they fade!
