What is the best multi-blogging system extension for Joomla?

I have a client in need of a different sort of blog on a few different pages such as fashion blog on one page and a hair styles blog on another page. The blogs need to be able to have multiple users post to each. I was wondering if there was an extension out there that supported multiple blogs within the same structured Joomla website.

I need inspiration for my style blog. And also if you could help with creative names for topics that would be great! Ex: I did a tutorial on big crimped hair and called it "Love is in the Hair" Thanks in advance!

I'd like to read about different ways to style hair including updos, when to wear white tights, different eye makeup applications, etc. If you can include ways to be different without being ridiculous in the name of fashion, that would attract a nice audience.
