This might be an odd question! My hair is naturally strawberry blonde, I went to my previous hair stylist and she got my hair a good blonde. I then decided to go brunette. During the last few years, my hair has became so damaged from heat and coloring. I've changed hair stylist to help get my hair back to healthy. I've since been using a lot less heat and my hair has been breaking less and getting longer. About a year ago I started trying to start my process to go bleach blonde. But of course in a healthier way. It however has NOT worked. I go back about every 2 months, and my hair always ends up with my natural orange tint. We are paying a lot of money for this blonde hair and I just want it to be light blonde already. My hair stylist has been putting heavy bleach highlights on. (she can't but the bleach on the full head yet) The last time I went we tried a toner. What can we possibly try that wont completely damage my hair?! Thanks for all your help!!!

I'd go to YELP and write a negative review on the salon.

Overlapping dye onto previously colored hair is what creates dullness and dryness. If you color your hair @ home or @ the salon, let your roots grow out as long as you can stand, so the line of demarcation is easier to spot. Only run color through the lengths for five minutes to refresh the ends. To extend the time between touch-ups, use a gloss and deep -conditioning treatments. They will help smooth cuticles roughed up by daily wear & tear, and the hair will look shinier. ~ Harry Josh, hairstylist of the celebrities.

How to report someone to the board of cosmetology?

Julia

I had my hair completely fried by stylist working out of her home. I paid 100$ and when i asked her for my money back so i can go elsewhere and fix it she cut off all communication with me. so unprofessional. She just moved to the state so I know her license hasn't been renewed for this state. Can I get her In trouble for running a business out of her home? How can I get her license revoked?

However, ammonia and PPD are two very different things and PPD is present in nearly every dye because it is what gives off the colour,â she explains.
