i used just for men in my hair.is there a way to rinse the color out completely

Just for Men is a semi-permanent hair color designed to enhance grey hair without changing your own natural color. It is designed to wash away over a period of time (about 6 weeks) but if you wash your hair three to four times it may be effective enough to reduce the appearance of color.
You can also try a baking soda scrub for the hair.
1/2 Cup baking soda
Enough shampoo to make a paste with the baking soda
Make the paste and wet your hair. Apply the baking soda paste to your hair and give it a good scrub. It will feel a bit like sandpaper, but it won't harm your scalp or hair at all, it simply removes "residue" and build up of hair products.

NO hair color for men and women is not for opposite sex my CZ use women hair color in men in that material not for opposite sex.
