coloring damaged hair?

maya

My natural hair color is brown. I was bleaching it blonde at a salon for the past two years. 4 months ago I decided to go dark again, the color didn't look the way I wanted it to so I begged them to make it blond again. They did, the next day! In result I lost so much hair and the rest were severly damaged. 4moths has passed and i've been doing everything to bring my hair back to normal. I used aphogee treatments, and conditioners. My hair looks better but probably the only solutions is to wait for it to grow out. I have horrible roots showing since 4 mnts have passed. I'm sick of dying my hair blonde since i know the horrible result of it. Can I just die my hair brown or is it too early? Should I just do the roots on the top and leave the ones under alone and wait a couple of months do die my hair browns. What do u think? Will coloring them dark damage them further?

Answer
You should be able to have your roots done without a problem. Personally, I wouldn't be able to wait a few months. You should find someone who is experienced with color and explain to them what happened the last time. No matter how much you begged, a reputable, experienced stylist would not have bleached your hair the next day. Ask the stylist about using a demi-permanent hair color on your hair instead of permanent hair dye. It doesn't have peroxide and it won't damage your hair.
