Anyone know a great hair coloring salon or stylist in New York ?

Q. i want to dye my hair chestnut brown with highlights and lowlights do you know anyone good that can do this with no amateur mistakes in new york ?
I know but im ready for a change i have gorgeous curls that only i can see its hard for others to see it cuz my hair is soooo bleh and dull i need highlights to define them

I know this will be of no help to you but DO NOT DYE YOUR HAIR!!! I'm sure it's beautiful just the way it is! People can always tell the difference between dyed hair and natural hair color.

well, not knowing what color your hair is, cant tell you what to use, i would go to a salon...or just do it like Tyra....its a wig
