hi! i currently have just the normal trendy hairstyle right now (u know side bangs w/ longish hair)
I want a new hairstyle that's trendy but different i want the cut to be medium length either w/ razord or cut layers.
my hair is blonde, if that will help you.
i like scene hair cuts (but nothing to out there)

How can she look cute and innocent?
My best friend wants to knoe how she can look cute and innocent like japanese girls....she has light tan skin, glasses, medium length light brown hair, brown eyes, and she is a little chunky. Please I need all the answers I can get!!
She needs clothes, makeup, and hair tips.

Hmm... I actually think this is kind of a tough question!
I would suggest fun, trendy cloths for her, that fit well and slim her down a bit. Boutiques like H&M and Forever21 and Carlotte Russe have great clothes, rather Japanese inspiered. (she could even go online for some great online Japanese fashion stores!)
Make up: subtle, fresh colors is the way to go. Over done will weigh her down and be completely opposit to want she wants. I think liquid eye liner is a great option.
Hair: Soft shades of light to dark brown will be warm and inviting. I think a soft bouncy hairstyle, with face framing layers and even bangs, for a Japanese inspiered look would be a nice touch :) If her hair is short, perhaps a bob.
Also, she should get her nails done... many Japanese girls love thir nails.
