I have long curly brown hair with side bangs. Well i want it to look asain. And i dont know how to explain it to her and i dont know how to get it like the that. I was think about cuting my bangs to my forhead and get peicing gel or something like that. Btw my hair is unlayered. And i dont have much money just about 30-40. Could you sugest some hair styles? i want a japanese rock star haircut, or basically, sumthing trendy lolz

i have had this kinda hairstyle since i was 7, as my dad cuts my hair, and i want a change, so im gonna get my hair cut elsewhere.

i have looked at visual kei hairstyles, and they seem to be too extreme, but i then saw some j-rock bands had more 'casual' hair, and i wondered which would suit me, so pls help this poor deprived child!

be careful with dye, a lot of japanese do serious damage to their hair with the bleaching process. And because of the dark tone of your hair, to get any color OTHER than black, you're gonna have to bleach.

I think before you cut, you should play with product. you have a very simple cut, but it has great potential! A lil wax or gel, to spike it up would be fun. You could probably faux-hawk it up fairly easy as well.

i suggest, going to a local salon (somewhere where you dont see 40+ year old women hangin out) and ask for a consult with a stylist (someone young and hip) Tell them you want something trendy, but dont know what your options are. They can show you all kinds of products and techniques to make your look unique.
