Is there any way I can get my hair to thicken without surgery, pills, or laser procedures?

My hair is perfectly healthy, but I want it to be much thicker without any hair replacement or laser procedures. I also have another problem, I can't spend more than $50 and I can't go anywhere special to buy it. I live in Bountiful, Utah. Would anything that works also effect the softness and color of my hair, whether positive or negative?

Use volumising shampoo & conditioner. Also rough dry hair until 80% dry then tip Your head upside down and dry hair like this. This encourages the hair to stand on end making it look and feel thicker without costing anything! Try this before spending alot on "miracle" products! Hope this helped

How to convince my mom to let me dip dye my hair!!?

So I just dyed my hair red. I really wanna get a dip dye though! I was hoping that maybe I could slowly get her more comfortable with the idea. Like first I ask for a streak of a normalish color. Then a little later ask to cover it up with brighter more colorful colors.

What do you think?

Know your school policy mandating a "natural color, brown, blond, black, natural red/auburn, blue." before dyeing your hair pink, for example: 3-21-12 "Honor Student Banned from School for Pink Hair." a 6th grader who was rewarded for getting good grades.
