How can I make my hair look healthy and really glossy?

I look in the magazines and see all these beautiful hair ads, and my hair is flat plain blonde color. Besides getting highlights, is there a remedy to make my natural hair color shine??

I have a good friend whose a makeup artist and works on shoots anyways its PHOTSHOP all of it so you really can't compare your natural hair to a pic you see in a magazine..

Ok so you want your hair to shine? at the salon they have Natural sealant that provide no Color but LOTS of Shine":)..also John Freda has a collection of glosses specifically made for blondes ect.

Also build residue can make your hair look dull ..resedue can even come from shampoos especially creamy ones..so buy a good clarifing shampoo.

In my experience, I've noticed that guys care about how good looking the girl is, not so much what hair color she has.
So, whatever hair color is most flattering on the girl is what a guy would like best.
