What is the best hair color for fair skin?

I am a girl. I have brown eyes. And Medium brown hair. I was blonde as a child up until grade 3.
I really want to go blonde. Or just get lots of blonde highlights.
Any Suggestions on any color ?

I am currently blonde (naturally a light brunette) but I am getting my hair cut and colored in two days. I'm taking a sudden interest in going darker but was wondering if going darker would make me look even more fair (I want a color that makes it look as if I have some color in my skin). In addition to that which color would make my face look less round?

Try a medium-length layered bob that is a little above or right at your shoulders.
