I have naturally black hair and would like to make the base color brown and add highlights (like Carrie Ann Inaba). I am trying to find salons & stylists in Manhattan that are good. Help!!

I want to get highlights but i don't know what colour will suit me. What hairstyle should i go for? i was thinking about getting a fringe?

I say if anyone has a darker shade of brown, then a caramel/milk chocolate color always looks best. If you light brown then blonde would look good, but med/dark brown hair always looks best with caramel colored highlights :)
