should i dye my hair blonde?

This is the color I was planning on getting it dyed to (Elle Fanning). I have naturally ash blonde hair. My skin is cool, and very pale/fair. My eye color is hazel (greenish brownish hazel.) My hair ends under my shoulders. Would this color suit me? or would it wash me out?

So the picture of Elle fanning's hair is a little on the gold side, but it's not super warm. I would go for it. If it ends up being too yellow for your skin tone, then you can use a purple toner on wet hair to cool it.
