okay well i dont really know what your style is but i;ll try to help anyway :)
CLOTHES: Bright colored tank tops,baby doll tops,anything you like really
-hollister=beach vibe
-A&F=relaxed yet stylish
-AE=cute and classy
-aeropostale=fun and cute
HAIR: this is hard to answer since i dont know what your hair looks like or anything...
-scrunched:take a shower and wrap your hair in towel till its just damp(not dripping wet)then apply holding moose to all of it(avoiding roots) and flip your hair upside down and start drying with a diffuser(use hands as little as possible). only do this for about a minute...then add some gel and scrunch upward and then use the diffuser again and 'scrunch' it with the diffuser(lift the hair upward w/ it)not your hands. then after its dry try adding a leave in conditioner or smoothing product to keep it from being frizzy
-curl it...
do this in layers(start with the bottom layer first). curl hair away from your face(the clamp part of it is facing away from you). curl a 2 inch section of hair around aboutt a 1 1/2 inch iron and hold for about 10 seconds(you dont want shirly temple curls lol)once you've curled all of it flip your head over and spray with a bit of hair spray to give you volume and help hold the curls...then if you need to kinda run your fingers through some of the curls to help loosen them and make them softer
-straight...
either just have your hair straight down(side bangs are always fantastic!) or add a cute head band a few inches away from your head with your hair tucked behind your ears.
also you could pin your bangs(if you have them)or just a section of your hair back to the side of your head with bobby pins.
-wavy...
i definetly recommend buying one of those 3 barrel curlers. its super fast and easy to use and it gives you amazing waves!
-braids...
braids are very big right now....look up some braded hairstyle ideas to learn how to do them
MAKEUP: since its summer go for some lighter shades..
try mineral based makeup to keep it light and prevent breakouts.
-use a light foundation if necessary
-use a powder to keep everything in place
-try a light berryish(pink) toned blush and apply it from the apples of your cheeks across the cheek bone and into the hairline
-for your lips i wouldnt use anything besides lip balm(chap stick) since its summer and glosses attract sun rays which can damage your lips...but if you need some color on them i would recommend using something from burts bee's wax so that you can get color and protection
-alright so the eyes are a huge part...put a little foundation on the lids(keeps everything from melting off and keeps it in place). then apply a liquid liner to the upper lid (hold the brush parrallel with the eye not like a pencil)and once it dries use a dark eyeshadow color or a pencil eyeliner to smudge over the previous line(to fix little imperfections) then if ya want pick a nice shadow.
blue eyes=browns,grays,deep blues(go easy with the blue eyeshadow),and purples
green=deep browns and purples
brown=copper and pinks
and charcoal makes any eye color pop!
