Hair styles??

I've arranged a haircut on Wednesday but I still havn't decided what to get. I'm a 14 yearold girl with blondy-redy hair about half way down my back. I don't want anything too short. Does anyone have any ideas or pictures? Whats in fashion in the US now?? (i'm from NZ)
