I'm the girl in the profile pic. I haven't gotten my hair cut or styled my hair for a while and I want a change. My hair's still got some of its layers from ages ago. Should I get a full bangs? Shorter or longer? Pics/links would help, thanks !

So my 8th grade graduation is next week, and I got my dress. It's a strapless Ivory white color with a black sash around the waist. What hairstyles are best for a strapless dress? I am getting it done at a salon, but I need to tell them a style. (my hair is long btw) please help!
