I am 007NY

I have some latin blood running through my veins so I am just being real, Can't some of you
just shut up and read a book, or listen to your ipod without it blaring past the 10 decibel mark? I mean c'mon, just learn to enjoy the scenery outside the window, without calling someone to discuss your hair color
for 45 minutes.

Answer
I have wondered if all the people who are loud and obnoxious were neglected as children. They seem to shouting. "Look at me. Listen to me. I feel invisible!" Some enjoy the power of making others miserable by infringing on their personal space. Other people are just plain ignorant when it comes to social graces. They may have lived in a culture that did not value consideration of others. I traveled in Japan and was very pleased to ride quietly on the trains with little to no conversation, no cell phone usage of any kind, and no other form of rude behavior.

I'm going to dye my hair with Wella permanent hair color. idk how much creme developer i should use?

AnnaKrisha

I have black hair but I already colored my hair with Revlon Red 150 and it turned out to be brown not red. I am planning to use one bottle of the Wella hair color but i don't how much developer i need to use and idk if i have to use a bowl and a brush or if i can use a bottle to apply it to my hair. Thank you.

On the other hand, I attached Wella color chart, Koleston particularly, I wanted the color: 7/44 or 6/45 or 7/45

Will you recommend me to used a developer creme to achieve my desired color because I know if I only use Wella Koleston alone, I will not achieve the color indicated on the color chart.

I hope somebody and answer this for me. Thank you!

Answer
if you have dark hair and want to achieve that colour, you would have to bleach your hair first. if not the colour will not show up and just end up brown again.
anyway, the bottle of the hair dye should mention how much developer to use

I want to know what brand of hair color that you can purchase at the store is the best you have ever used (preferrably one that is les than $10 a box because I have to buy 2).

I talked to the most reasonably priced hair studio around town that focuses on hair coloring and they charge a base of $25 for all over color, plus $5 for every 2 inches your hair goes past your shoulder (mine goes 13 inches past my shoulder, so that is an about extra $35) which would mean it would cost me $60 just to get my hair colored. This is why I want to do it myself (also why I have to get 2 boxes of color.

I'm not the best at coloring hair since I'm not a stylist so I want to know which brand of color is the richest and boldest (preferrably for an auburn color; going from dark blonde to light auburn). Remember, under $10 a container if possible please!

Answer
Use Revlon High Dimension. It works well and only takes 10-15 minutes instead of 45-60 minutes. It is about $10 a box, but our Walgreens has it on sale all the time 2 for 1. Wal-Mart would be cheaper probably. Dark blonde to light auburn is no big deal. Even with long hair, you only need 1 box. For short hair, you only need 1/2 box.

How much does it usually cost to bleach hair?

I have short, somewhat fine, brown hair. I want to go back to my natural hair color (which is a light blonde). How much does it usually cost at salons to bleach and dye hair? (The salon I usually go to charges 45 dollars for a hair coloring service)

Answer
If you have short brown hair why not color it yourself? It's easy and inexpensive. I went from light brown to light natural blonde again and it looks good, looks natural and doesn't look bleached - but they have boxed bleach look too if that is your aim. BUT I color my own short hair all the time - unless you're needing some special tint or weave done - I would recommend you try coloring your own. I redo mine about every 3 months.

What happens to the hair if you leave hair color on for too long?

My stylist left my hair color on for more than an hour. The instruction says 45 minutes. After washing off the hair color I noticed that my hair got very fizzy. Shorter hair was sticking out of my long hair as if some parts of the hair was burned off.

Answer
that damaged your hair. try not to colour your hair for a while. and you can use different hair masks to make it healthy again. the best mask in my oppinion is the one made from olive oil. just put a good olive oil in your hair (not too much...just like shampoo, so that every piece of hair is covered in oil) and wait for a couple of hours (more time -> better results). then, wash your hair normally. don't worry, your hair won't be greasy after that.do this twice a week and you will see the results very soon.
i use olive oil on my hair twice a week and i swear it is the best mask you can do for your hair. better than those expensive stinking things. my hair looks so healthy and beautiful and i use a flat iron every 2 days.

What happens if you put lighter hair color on your hair and leave it in longer than it says to?

I want to lighten my hair and I was wondering if you put light hair color in your hair and leave it in longer than it says to will it become lighter? For example it says 25 minutes what if I leave it in for 45, will it make my hair lighter than it's supposed to?

Answer
No, It'll simply make your hair fall out.

The longer you keep it in,
the more the harsh chemicals will damage your hair.
