I need a new hairstyle for I am very bored of my current one, but I have exhausted magazines and all searches I could come up with on Google. I would be very grateful for some ideas that other people might have. I have very fine hair, but a lot of it. I have a long face with a high forehead. Thanks for you help.

Tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut, and I'm looking for a new style. My hair is already three inches past my shoulders, fine but has a slight wave to it at the ends. I want to keep it a little past or right at my shoulders, and was thinking layers would look good, but everyone I ask says fine hair and layers don't mix well, because they make fine hair look more lifeless than it already is?? Is this true? What hairstyles would you suggest? My face is oval, btw.
