I dont want to use google images, it would be nice to have a gallery seperated by lengths, like short hairstyles, etc.

I keep looking but only finding ones with a bunch of 80s pictures!

None. Short hair looks ugly on women because it looks masculine. Even Halle Berry looks better with long hair. In fact, I was turned off by her short hair when she had it. Stick with long hair, and look feminine for christ sakes. You're a woman. Look like one.

Also, look at Maxim's 100 hottest women (2010 edition) and tell me the one thing that 99% of those women have in common.

I would also suggest that you stop looking a fashion magazines for tips. These magazines are run by gay men and straight women, and the former has neither has any idea what straight men find attractive, nor should they be tell women what is attractive since gay men are attracted to men NOT women (this is why all these gay hairdressers are convincing women to get these short hair cuts; in order to make women look like boys because that's what GAY men find attractive NOT straight men.

Instead start looking at the women in magazines targeted at straight men such as Maxim and FHM because these magazines are run by straight men who know what straight men find attractive, which makes perfect sense if you think about it.
