When i went to Asia, I notice that when i use my video cam asian people tend to stare at my video. Even when i did not use my video cam they still stare at me LOL. Amont these Asian countries which are China, Japan and India. I find out that Indian people do love to stare. Is in their culture to stare or what?

LoL, you know I really understand you. my boyfriend was stared by a lot of asian people in my country too, awhile we were walking at mall.
he also told my mom that one of the thai mom was asking her little babe to look at him awhile she pointing her hand to him. that's because asian people are not often have seen the cauacsian people in their countries. caucasian ppl tend to be something new for them with the hair color, eyes, nose and tallness. some far east asian girls either get creeped by the caucasian foreigners, I've seen with my own eyes. when some of the caucasian foreigners came to look at the same beauty cafe ( in the mall) where the asian girl was selected the lipstrick, the asian girl got scared and then she walked out of the beauty cafe. also when the cauacasian people carry the asian babe or 1-3 years old kids. the kids will begin to cry lol that because the kids are not get use to the long nose, lighter hair and the bulgy eyes etc.
In the case of the Indian. I do understand that it's the most terrible than any other asian. infact it's not only the Indian, but a lot of the arabs in afghanistan, pakistanis ppl, black ppl in africa, gipsies etc. they are all stare at you when they have seen you wearing the different cloth, different skin color, different face, different culture.........

on the contrary, if the indians were visited somewhere like the Gipsy village of rumania, kazakstan or alaska. their local people will also stare at the Indian ppl too. I also have seen some asian kid was asking to touch the blonde haor of the australian girl. because the kid wanted to know if it different than her own hair.

How's the punk/ska scene in Long Beach?

I just got into CSULB and I wanna know how the culture is. Are there good bands there?

Long Beach has a good punk scene and somewhat of a good ska scene. Sublime is from Long Beach. There are several clubs that have punk bands that play and bars that play recorded punk music or they have it on their jukebox. If you like rockabilly it's a good place for that too. Pretty much all of those places are 21+ though. Alex's is the premier punk venue here. Fern's a popular punk dive bar. Babe's Warehouse, DiPiazza and House of Hyden are some other places.
This past weekend was the all ages Punk Rock picnic in Irvine, which isn't too far from LBC. $15 for over 20 bands.
The Pike Restaurant & Bar is owned by one of the former drummers for Social Distortion. It's on 4th Street aka Retro Row where you can find cool and interesting shops. There's even a punk rock clothing store for babies and children on 4th. Electric Chair in Huntington Beach is a good place to go for adult sized clothing.
Salon Pop & Barber Shop is a good place to get a haircut by very tatted up workers with hair color that doesn't occur in nature.
The roller derby in Long Beach is fun and all ages. The roller derby in Los Angeles is a lot better since its banked track and they have some good bands that play.
Fingerprints Music in the East Village Arts District is a good place to buy music and they even have free shows occasionally.
