Q. I was wondering if anyone has ever achieved this look or anything close to it, & how to go about doing it?

My 20th birthday's coming up so I wanted to try out this do :). My hair's about the same length (a-line bob) & naturally wavy/curly.

I have hair slightly longer than yours and I own these rollers http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?VISuperSize&item=170636010121 you can get them at walmart. I absolutely love them their so easy to use just roll the hair up from the tip to the scap and put the end in the loop. they heat up very quickly as well. Im not sure how to make that complete hair style but just a suggestion hope it helps..
