FOR YOUR FACE
First off you need a Primer.
A primer is what you put on before foundation and after moisturizer.
It evens out your face and makes anything you put on your face go on smoother, and stay on longer.
Next you need foundation.
DO NOT use liquid foundation like other suggested.
Because you have oily skin you need a mineral foundation.
The powder helps mattify your face and keep the oil at bay.
Now the this next step [concealer] is debated by many on whether it should become before or after the foundation step.
Personally i put it on before because the foundation blends it out, but with practice you will find which you prefer.
For a concealer for the redness on your face, you could try a green concealer for color correction [it cancels out the red] or just a regular concealer that matches your skin color.
For under your eyes use a yellow based concealer because it cancels out the blues and purples.
If you are having trouble finding a concealer that says its yellow based or not, just go for a concealer that says it is specifically for under eyes. It will be based yellow.
Last step you will need a finishing powder to set everything on your face.
Dust it over very lightly.
FOR YOUR EYES
Because you are so pale use a dark dark brown eyeliner or plum eyeliner instead of black.
Definitely still use black mascara.
Fill in your eyebrows with an eyeshadow close to your hair color, or a pencil.
Eyeshadow usually looks more natural.
Do it very lightly, because if you fill in your eyebrows too thick or dark people can tell.
You can do any eyeshadow color you want even when you are pale, as long as your face looks flawless.
Believe me, when your skin looks perfect anyone can pull off any color.
Just keep the darker colors on the outside v of the eye, and the lighter colors in towards the inner corner of the eye, and a very light color just under your eyebrow.

Also another tip :
If you are going with a bold eyeshadow, keep your lips a simple color.
Vice versa if you are going for a bold lip color, skip the dramatic eyeshadow.
FOR CONTOURING YOUR FACE
The best blush colors on you will be anything that is peachy, pink, or rosey.
Once again to look the best you can your skin color is a huge factor.
Because you are so pale, dont use dark shades, as they will make you look like a clown/dragqueen
Stay with lighter shades.
Usually coral looks best on light skin, but the blush color you choose to put on should also play off of what the rest of your make up looks like because you want it to all go together nicely.
An easy way to pick a good go to shade of blush is to look at the color your skin is when it is naturally flushed, and find a shade closest to that.
Apply the blush to the apples of the cheeks, and just blend it back along your cheek bones, but dont add extra to the brush when blending it back. You want the color to be concentrated mostly on the apples of your cheeks.
For a bronzer, try NYC's bronzer SUNNY.
I've heard rumors is been discontinued, but yous should be able to find it at any wal mart.
Its about 3 dollars, and its a bronzer that can work with pale girls.
Now DONT sweep this all over your face because it will make your face appear tanner than your neck.
There are some key areas to apply it that will contour your face nicely.
Just remember to start out lightly with the color, and if you feel you can add more than go ahead, but it is always better to start off light and build up, than too dark, and try to rub it all off.
You'll want to get an angled blush brush, and make a fishy face and then sweep the bronzer under your cheek bones. A rough guide would be from the top of your ear to the corner of your mouth.
Also apply the bronzer on the outer edges of your forehead.
Kind of where your eyebrow arches, out to your hair line.
I dont know if you want to contour your nose or not, but if you do, you can send an email.

Next you will need a highlighter.
Anything with shimmer thats color is either white or golden, or its sheer.
Apply that to the top of your cheek bones.
FOR YOUR LIPS
You can pull off pretty much any color.
Try to avoid the darker colors, and try to avoid reds that have an orange base, they make teeth look yellow.
If you choose a red make sure it has a blue base.
If you don't know how to find one, im sure you could google it.
Also peachy pinks and pinkish golds would look good on you.
Since your lips are small, the paler the lipstick or gloss the fuller they will look.
There are many nude colors out there to try.
Try the lipstick revlon colorburst in soft nude.
You can also pull off mauve ish pink colors.
You really just have to play around with different colors and find the ones you like.
Also the color of your lips should go with your eyes in the sense that only one should be the star of the show.
