Okay I need to do my friends hair for Halloween. (Boogey woman) and I really need to know how to do this! Any help?!?!? Ill take YouTube videos as well and tips to and important things to do. Thanks in advance! Heres the link to the picture!

You want to do large curls on your hair and pin these up before you let them down to set them in place.
You could also do this with large velcro rollers if you wish.

Brush out the curls, back comb/tease areas you want more volume, (bangs/fringe, crown of the head) and lightly back comb the curls its self on the sides of the head for a more messy roughed up look.

I'm cutting and donating my hair in a couple of days, and I'm getting a new hairstyle while I'm at it. Any suggestions for short, pretty hairstyles? My hair is going to be cut above my shoulders. It's naturally straight, fairly thin, dark brown/black if that bit helps. Pictures would be great too :)
